You may request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the order. This window is measured from delivery, not the order date.
Eligible requests
New, unused non-defective goods may be returned for reasons such as a change of mind or selecting the wrong item. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods are also reviewed. Statutory consumer rights remain available.
Approval and mailing
Email barugutujo38@gmail.com before mailing anything. Include the order number, checkout email, reason, and photographs or video for damage or shipment errors. We will provide approval instructions and the correct return address. The mailing address on the Contact Us page is not automatically a return warehouse.
A free prepaid return label is included in the package. If it is missing or lost, contact us for help. No restocking fee is charged. Exchanges depend on approval and inventory.
Refund timing
After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
